A collective of artists and thinkers have published an open letter calling for the end of the Centre Pompidou Hanwha partnership, due to Hanwha’s ties to the arms industry connected to Israel. The Centre Pompidou Hanwha is due to open later this week in Seoul.

The letter, published on 27 May, criticises Hanwha’s involvement ‘in the arms industry linked to the Palestinian genocide’ and denounces the Centre Pompidou’s partnership as an ‘“art-washing” operation masking profits derived from armed conflicts’.
